The site can tell you in which direction you’ll have to point your antennas to pick up over-the-air HD in your area and can estimate whether you’ll need an outdoor antenna or not.
Just get a UHF antenna and slap it on the roof.
Try a DB8 or DB4 outdoor antenna. I live in Toronto and pick up close to 30 OTA HD channels, all which look far better than Rogers or Symapico. The outdoor antenna can go in the Adek if you dont want to put it out side (its where i have mine). In fact i have a home made copy of the DB8 which cost me $1 to make with washers, coathangers, nails and a paice of plywood. I get all the local stations and some from buffalo and Rochester.
